Pistolettes


1 lb browned breakfast sausage
8 oz Cream cheese
4 oz cheddar cheese
2 packages Pillsbury Grands canned biscuits, 8 count

Directions

In a skillet, brown the sausage.
When browned add the cream cheese/cheddar cheese and heat until melted; remove from heat.
Open biscuits, flatten each one in your hand into an approximate 4 inch circle. Place 1-1/2 tablespoon sausage mixture in the center of each biscuit round, fold over and pinch edges together to seal.
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 13 to 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven until golden brown
