abt's


  • jalapeno peppers cut in half
  • fill with a mixture:
    • 1 lb browned chorizo sausage
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 package of softened cream cheese
Wrap with bacon
dust lightly with your favorite BBQ rub
(I like to use TexasBBQRub "Wild")

smoke at 250 until bacon is crispy and peppers tender.
