30 lbs ground meat (I typically mix beef and pork)
4 large onions finely chopped
1/3 cup garlic powder
1/3 cup ground cumin
1/3 cup paprika
1/3 cup onion powder
1 cup chili powder
4 tsp cayenne
2 cups Tomato paste
Gallon Water
2 tbsp + 2 teaspoons salt adjust to taste
2 tablespoons black pepper
Brown meat well, drain and grease off, stir in onions and seasoning once wilted, add paste and water.
Simmer about 15 - 20 min.
