- jalapeno peppers cut in half
- fill with a mixture:
- 1 lb browned chorizo sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package of softened cream cheese
dust lightly with your favorite BBQ rub
(I like to use TexasBBQRub "Wild")
smoke at 250 until bacon is crispy and peppers tender.
