Stroganoff for 30

Cook 4 lbs egg noodles per instructions,  split them equally between two full size pans.

Brown about 6 lbs of ground meat, your choice. Add equally to pans.

Saulte large onion and  4 cloves garlic finely chopped. Add equally to pans.

Add a 14 oz size can of cream of mushroom to each pan.

Add a small can of cream of chicken to each pan.

Add about cup of sour cream to each pan.

Stir and season well with black pepper, and garlic powder.

Add can or two of milk to each pan stirring well until creamy, little moist but not too wet.

 Bake 30 min @ 350 stirring occasionally.  Once nice and bubbly,  most of excess liquid gone remove and cover until serving.
