fryed boudain ball treats

So simple to make:

  • velvetta cheese cut in cubes around 3/8" or so in size 
  • Take small handful of the dressing wrap it around the cheese forming a ball.

  • dip balls into egg wash
  • roll in Fish Fry (corn flour seasoned type ) normally we use 2 parts cornmeal 1part flour with cajun seasoning added.
  • Fry in deep fry until golden and floating
  •  Remove, let cool and serve
