So simple to make:
- velvetta cheese cut in cubes around 3/8" or so in size
- DJ's rice dressing http://www.djsboudain.com/files/graphics/dressing_pkg.jpg or de-case your favorite boudin.
- Take small handful of the dressing wrap it around the cheese forming a ball.
- dip balls into egg wash
- roll in Fish Fry (corn flour seasoned type ) normally we use 2 parts cornmeal 1part flour with cajun seasoning added.
- Fry in deep fry until golden and floating
- Remove, let cool and serve
