spicy ranch dressing dip for chip and fried pickles

 
  • 1/4 cup tomatillo salsa -I use fresh made and chilled it prior to using in this mix.
  • 1 package of Ranch dressing powder (could use homemade but I was out.)
  • about a 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, stems removed.
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapeno with a tablespoon or two of the juice added adjust for consistency of final mix, if thick add little more to thin the mix.
  • 1/8 cup whole milk
  • 1/8 cup buttermilk  (can use all buttermilk or all whole but the mix seems to hit the right spot.)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
