- three or four green tomatoes
- one red tomato
- one sweet onion (white or red) I use 1015 or Valida when I can find them.
- one cucumber
- kosher salt, few shakes doesn't take much.
- black ground pepper, add quite a bit
- stir and cover with apple cider vinegar
Best if it can set for four or more hours before eating. Great with fresh from the garden peas and pan of cornbread. :)
